SPRING TIME FOR SIMI - I guess they were right about it being a "wet" El Nino Winter, LOL. With an amazing 18+ inches of rain so far, California is well out of it's drought. Now, we can hope the Santa Anas are done too and we can enjoy May Gray & June Gloom until the heat comes in Summer.
