SPRING IS HERE: If Winter will get out of the way, Spring has sprung! The long-range forecasts show the storm at the end of April as the last of the significant rain-makers. All things considered, we did well to break 9 inches of rain. Weather patterns have shifted now, so get ready for the May Gray/June Gloom, and the END of the Santa Anas (YAY).
