WELCOME TO WINTER 2011: It's been a windy winter this year, like 2009. The persistent high pressure has blocked many of our storms and sent them well to the north (Alaska). The recent storms will bow out and hi pressure returns until mid-Feb. In anticipation upcoming storms, we are performing station maintenance before each significant rainfall.
